Prenatal Yoga Nidra

A guided yoga nidra to set your deepest intention while restoring and replenishing your entire being. I have recorded this specifically for the pregnant mums to be, however, if you have listen to it regularly through out your pregnancy you will find that listening to it postnatally will likely create the same sense of calm.

 

Do enjoy, and remember, yoga nidra is most effective if practiced regularly!
